York Curling Club - Ice & Lounge Rental Rates
Curling Ice Rental
York Curling Club is a six-sheet facility. Ice rentals are available early October to the end of March. Rentals include the use of the lounge and kitchen space. Some extra charges may apply (coffee, table cloth rentals, kitchen dishes/dishwasher)
Full bar service is included for all rentals.
NEW THIS YEAR - USE OUR EVENTS BOOKING FOR YOUR SPECIAL EVENT! For a small fee we will post your event for registration on our events page, promote it on our Facebook page...we take care of the online payments/registrations and provide you with the registration details via email. Please contact the club for all of the details!
Full Day Rental (non-member) $36.00 per curler (HST included)

Half Day Rental (non-member) $29.00 per curler (HST included)
- Only a few Saturday's available
- Morning (9:00 am – 12:00 pm) or Afternoon (1:00 pm – 4:00 pm)
- $904.00 including HST minimum charge
Full Day Rental (member) $ 32.00 per curler HST included)

Half Day Rental (member) $24.00 per curler (HST included)

Private Small Group Rentals (instructors available)
- Book a sheet of ice (up to 8 participants) for a 2-hour session (starting at $180/sheet). Complete the Rental Request form - someone will get back to you with availability and fees.

Off-Season Lounge Rental
Lounge rentals are available to the public Mid-April to the middle of September at a cost starting at $500.00 (HST included). Our modern lounge has a capacity of up to 150 people and includes sound system, 65" HD TV and use of kitchen. We do not have restaurant service; however, you are welcome to bring in caterers. Full bar service is included. In addition, you will be required to provide a certificate of insurance for lounge rentals.
