York Curling was well represented in this year's TCA Toronto & District Ladies Bonspiel. The event had 48 teams from around the GTA competing in both Open and Senior level competition.
York teams were skipped by Aileen Filman, Karen Morrison, JoAnn Inouye, Kitty Mitchell and Lisa Rolfe. Karen was also the organizer of this year's event.
Aileen's team - Gerri Matheson, Aileen Filman, Nancy Jackson and Karen Smith finished second in the Senior Main Event - well done ladies!
JoAnn's Team - Samantha Fuller, Nicole DeAgazio, JoAnn Inouye and Erika Buhlman won the Open 3rd Event.
Kitty Mitchell's team - Kitty Mitchell, Reg Robson, Cheryl Middlemiss and Marie Wallace won the Senior's Second Event.
Lisa Rolfe's team placed second in the Open Main Event Consolation round - Trina Sweezie, Lisa Rolfe, Cherylin Varga and Nadine Simpson
Karen Morrison's team - Karen Morrison, Janet Lewis, Kathy Verrelli and Ruth Morrison - won the Open Second Event
