Back by popular demand! Stew and Jen Todd will be hosting their famous trivia night at York Curling Club.  Bring your friends, try curling and test your knowledge in a variety of areas.

If you'd like to throw a few rocks for fun with a great group of curlers, join us around 6:30, otherwise come for 8:30pm for a trivia throw down.

Ready to Try Something New and Fun on Ice?

Ever watched curling during the Olympics and thought, "I could do that!"? Well, now's your chance to try the sport that combines strategy, skill, and a whole lot of fun! Join us at the York Curling Club for an exciting 2-hour "Try Curling" event.

No experience? No problem! Our friendly instructors will guide you through the basics, from sliding on the ice to sweeping those stones like a pro. You'll get to learn a unique sport, meet new people from our community, and most importantly, have a blast! All you need to bring are clean running shoes and warm, comfortable clothing. We'll provide all the equipment and the good times.

This is a FUN spiel!  Event is open to Little Rocks and Juniors, with their adult guests. 
Pizza lunch and snacks will be provided.  No curling experience necessary! 

First Games will begin at 10:00am.  Instruction available for new curlers 9:00am-9:45am

This session of Introduction to Curling is open to participants ages 14+.

Introduction to Curling:  Level 1 and 2 runs from 10:30am-12:30pm for four consecutive Sundays on the following dates:
February 22, 2026
March 1, 2026
March 8, 2026
March 15, 2026

Level 1 participants will be introduced to delivery, sweeping and basic game play.

Level 2 participants will build on the skills they learned in Level 1 and also begin learning some basic game strategy.  

After the second session participants will have a pizza party social which includes pizza and a beverage from the bar (included in the fee).

Join us for the 46th Annual Seniors Rose Spiel, a York Curling Club tradition!

Registration is available on a team-entry basis only.  Cumulative age of team must equal 210+ years, with a minimum age of 50 years for each individual, mixed teams only (alternating). 

One 6-end and one 8-end game, 8:45am (early draw start), 10:45am (late draw start) 

$240 per Team

Welcome to "Saturday Social Series" - SUSHI edition!

Sweep and Roll Sushi Night with Sensei Jack Inouye

Join us for the last of our Saturday Social Series events for a special Sweep and Roll Sushi Night! Sensei Jack Inouye will teach us a little bit about the language of chirashi and you'll get a chance to get hands on and assemble your own bowl to enjoy.  Open to members and the public—no experience or equipment needed, just bring your appetite for fun!
