If you are currently in a Team Entry League, we're already looking ahead to next season! As we begin assessing league capacity and ice allocation, we need your input to get the numbers right.
Even if your plans aren't 100% finalized and with the understanding that things may change over the summer, please give us your best "at this moment" estimate. We ask that the Team Owner submits one response for each team entry using this Intent to Curl Google Form link. Note - there is also a QR code at each Lounge table should you wish to discuss and complete the form with your team while having a beverage.
